Jazz at The Bedford Golf Club
Come and join us if you enjoy fantastic jazz and great food in superb surroundings every last Thursday of the month at The Bedford Golf Club, Great Denham. Relax in our intimate clubhouse with its soft lighting and comfy sofas, enjoying an ambience only jazz clubs can create. We're kicking off on Thursday March 29th with renown Jazz singer Sophia Ripley, accompanied by The Alan Haughton Trio with Alan Haughton on piano, Dirk Griffin on bass and Bobby Orr on drums in our newly extended clubhouse. CPRE Bedfordshires 25th AGM inc Talk by Shaun Spiers CPRE national Chief Executive
Shaun Spiers, CPRE's national Chief Executive is to give a public talk entitled 'Standing up for the countryside: the next 25 years'. His talk will start at 8pm, following CPRE Bedfordshire's 25th AGM, and is to be held at The Chellington Centre, Nr Carlton, Bedfordshire. The Centre was given a Silver Award by CPRE Bedfordshire in its Design and Countryside Awards scheme 2008, and is run by ReachOut Plus, a charity creating opportunities that change people’s lives - especially those of the young, disabled or disadvantaged.
